Tuckshop Coordinator

At the end of this year we will farewell our fantastic volunteer tuckshop coordinator, Daria Lawson. Daria has held this position since 2019 and has done a wonderful job.

Before Daria finishes we would like her to have the opportunity to have a changeover with the new coordinator/s. The role includes ensuring stock levels are sufficient, ordering of stock and maintaining/updating the menu. If you are interested in taking on this role, finding out more about it or sharing this position with a small team, please contact Belinda on 48321592. Your support is appreciated. 

Special Lunch Order Day

On Wednesday 18 August, we will sell some of the remaining stock from the Northern Region Cross Country Carnival. The lunch $5 meal deal will include a packet of Smiths chips, a fruit juice popper or bottle of water and a meat pie. Orders can be placed through QKR. 

P&F Pie Drive

Feeling like a nice hot meat pie or sausage roll or a delicious chocolate cake from Bryants Bakery? Well never fear, the P&F Pie Drive is here!!

Orders must be completed on the attached order form. Pie_Drive_2021_order_form.pdf.   Order forms can also be collected from the school office.

** Items not shown on the form that can be ordered are:

Custard tarts $30

Choc caramel slice $30

Rocky Road slice $30

Hedgehog slice $30

Cherry coconut slice $30

Butterfly cakes- large $36, small $20

Cupcakes iced- large $25, small $20

(all prices per doz)

Please note that there is no requirement to buy a dozen- you can buy single or multiples and adjust the payment amount as required. 

Money can be paid via Qkr (under the P&F Payments section), via cash or cheque (made out to St Mary's P&F)

Orders and payment must be done by Wednesday 1 September.

Delivery will be made after 10.30am on Thursday 9 September.

Please share the pie drive with as many family and friends as possible.

Over the counter cash sales of cold packaged items like chips, yoghurt frogs, frozen yoghurts, etc, are available.
